5 rounds for time

  • 10 ring dips

  • 15 med ball squat cleans (20/14Ibs)

  • 20 push ups

  • 25 air squats

  • At Home/Travel Option: Complete bench dips or dips off a tall chair. Use any object for med ball squat clean

Ring dips: Use bands as needed. Med ball squat cleans: Reduce weight as needed. Push ups: Perform off knees or elevated. Air squats: Perform to best depth

Accessory Work

  • 80 band pull aparts

Cool down
