  • 5 wall walks

  • At Home/Travel Option: Carry any heavy object instead of barbell with each arm for 8yds, increase distance if you can’t find something heavy. Change wall walks to inch worms if you don’t have a wall to use

Single arm barbell farmers carry: Find good grip and center of the bar, maintain upright torso and even balance. Wall walks. Maintain hollow position, scale to partial wall walk or inch worms

Accessory Work

  • 2x15 single leg deficit weighted calf raises

  • 1-3 minutes: Seated cross legged rotation

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
