The Daily Test

“The Talents”

5 rounds each for max load

Every 6 minutes

20 push up buy in:

  • 4 squat snatches

  • 4 overhead squats

  • 4 power snatches

All barbell reps must be unbroken (bar can’t rest on the ground)

At Home/Travel Option: Complete DB or object alternating single arm reps (4 per arm)

Standards/Scaling

Push ups: Start with arms straight, chest/hips make contact to the ground, maintain hollow position and return back to start. Squat snatch: bar starts on ground and moves overhead and catch in squat position, stand with hips and knees locked out. Overhead squat: Bar remains overhead while you pass in and out of a squat (below parallel). Power snatch: Bar starts on ground get to any overhead position and finish by extending knees and hips.
