Warm up

7 sets each for max load

  • 2 bench presses

  • 4 trap bar deadlifts

    5 minute rest

Notes

Increase weight each set or stay at the same weight across all sets. Keep good form for each lift

Accessory

  • 3x12 seated leg ext

Cool down

  • 2 minute side lying quad stretch

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
