Warm up

16 minutes for max rounds + reps

  • 8 landmine squats per side (50% of BW)

  • 16yd handstand walk

Scaling

Wall or back facing shoulder taps and pole shoulder taps can be used instead of handstand walk. 16 touches per side, 32 total.

Accessory

  • 3x12 adduction squeezes

Cool down

  • 3 minute childs pose
