8 rounds each for max reps

  • 1 heavy sumo deadlift

  • Max rep DB bench press (75% of BW)

Scaling

If you can’t do 75% of your body weight for DB bench use a lighter weight

Accessory

  • 50 banded pull aparts (small band)

Cool down

  • 3 minute deep squat hold
