Warm up
Follow first 15 minutes from video above
GPP
15 minutes for max rounds and reps
5 wall facing handstand push ups
15 GHD sit ups
45 air squats
Scaling
Complete pike push ups as needed to scale the handstand push ups. Complete V-ups or weighted sit ups instead of GHD sit-ups
Accessory
3x10 banded rotations
Cool down
2 minutes per side of deep lunge hold
