For max rounds + reps
Minute 1: 1 pistol (R), 1 pistol (L), 1 push up
Minute 2: 2 pistols (R), 2 pistols (L), 2 push ups
Minute 3: 3 pistols (R), 3 pistols (L), 3 push ups
*Continue until you can no longer complete the set rep amounts in a minute
Scaling
Choose a pistol and push up option that allows you to get close to 10 rounds or more.
