100 reps For Time:

  • 1 minute: Hang snatch

  • 1 minute rest

Scaling

Use a light to moderate weight and continue to go 1 minute on 1 minute off until 100 reps are completed

Accessory

  • 3x15 DB supine tricep extension

Cool down

  • 2 round of 1 minute wrist stretch palms down, 1 minute palms up
