Follow first 15 minutes from video above

For time

  • 2 minute bar hang, then:

    3 rounds of:

  • 500m row

  • 40 box jumps

  • 30 push ups

Scaling

Use band assistance if needed for bar hang, choose a moderate height for box jumps and scale push ups accordingly to hit full range of motion

Accessory

  • 3x15 banded tricep press downs

Cool down

  • :90 lying figure four stretch per side
