GPP

5 sets each for max load

  • 10 hang power cleans (rest as needed between sets)

Scaling

Use a challenging weight each set. If you can’t get in a good front rack position with a barbell use dumbbells

Accessory

  • 3x12 banded abduction

Cool down

  • 2 minute butterfly stretch
