*Switch every 5 reps for Turkish get-ups
Scaling
Choose moderate weight, toes to bar can be knees to elbows, knees to chest or knees over hips
Accessory
3x12 DB pull-over
Cool down
Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofascial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
