Warm up

GPP

As many reps and rounds as possible in 20 minutes

  • 10 alternating DB step ups (50/35#)

  • 10 lateral wall ball (R/L)

  • 10 lateral wall ball (R/L)

  • Rest 2 minutes

Scaling

Use 24/20” box for step ups and 20/14# ball for lateral wall balls to a 10/9’ target

Accessory

  • 30 sissy squats

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
