As many reps and rounds as possible in 20 minutes
10 alternating DB step ups (50/35#)
10 lateral wall ball (R/L)
10 lateral wall ball (R/L)
Rest 2 minutes
Scaling
Use 24/20” box for step ups and 20/14# ball for lateral wall balls to a 10/9’ target
Accessory
30 sissy squats
Cool down
Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
