  • :40 rest

  • :20 reverse bear crawl

  • :40 rest

  • :20 lateral hops

  • :40 reet

Scaling

Use a challenging but doable weight for each set

Accessory

  • 2x50 leg lifts

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
