Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

Scaling:

If you cannot complete pull ups complete them seated with the barbell, box or band assisted. Pull up scaling options. Once you complete your 5 pull ups complete 5 leg lifts. If you cannot handstand walk choose progressions such as kick ups/walks to wall or shoulder taps/wall presses
