Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 rope climbs, 15-ft.
20 single-leg squats, alternating
40 ft bear crawl
Scaling:
Lying to standing for rope climbs, use any box height to touch for single leg squats. Should taps are a good alternative to bear crawl
Accessory:
3x12 DB lateral raise
SPP:
Specific physical preparedness
For fitness: Train a weaknesses
For certain goal: Focus on a particular movement or physical area
For a sport: Add in certain skills/movements that better prepare you for upcoming competition
