For active recovery complete the following: 

3 rounds for quality 


Scaling:

Slow pace down on speed ladder. Use chalk or markers to make boxes if needed. Choose a huddle height that’s challenging but doable. Use a barbell on a rack if you don’t have a hurdle. Choose a light to moderate weighted med ball
