Rest Day or Active recovery
For active recovery complete the following:
3 rounds for quality
2 minutes speed ladder crossover step (10 boxes)
2 minutes Med ball thoracic spine mobility
2 minutes Hurdle step overs
2 minutes (1 minute per side) Lateral med ball throw for distance: go as far away from the wall as possible
Scaling:
Slow pace down on speed ladder. Use chalk or markers to make boxes if needed. Choose a huddle height that’s challenging but doable. Use a barbell on a rack if you don’t have a hurdle. Choose a light to moderate weighted med ball
