25 minutes For Quality


Scaling:

Hop in place or perform partial single leg quarter squats. Pick an appropriate over under height. Choose a ball for med ball chest pass that you can get some height. 


SPP: 

Specific physical preparedness 

  • For fitness: Train a weaknesses 

  • For certain goal: Focus on a particular movement or physical area 

  • For a sport: Add in certain skills/movements that better prepare you for upcoming competition
