  • 5 free standing handstand push ups

Notes

To scale the free standing handstand push up you may try the following. HS push ups farther away from the wall, handstand push ups using the wall, pike push ups or seated shoulder presses

Accessory

  • 3x10 standing lateral leg raises

SPP

This is where you add in your goal specific training. Your coach will guide you what to do each week

Cool down

  • 2 minute foam roll IT bands

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
