♀ 35-lb KB, 25-Ib DB’s ♂ 50-Ib KB, 40-Ib DB’s


Scaling:

Reduce Kettlebell weight and dumbbell weight as needed. Should be able to go unbroken for first two rounds. Change hurdle hops to line hops
