5 rounds each for max reps

  • 10 power cleans

  • Max rep strict handstand push ups

Rest 2 minutes

Scaling

Use a moderate weight for cleans. Scale accordingly for strict handstand push ups. Adding additional mats, pike push ups and seated DB presses are all good options.

Middle School

  • 10 minutes pike push up practice

Accessory

  • 3x12 KB goblet Bulgarian split squats

Cool down

  • 3 minutes in childs pose
