For max load:
Deadlift 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 reps
Bench press 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 reps
Scaling:
Think about range of motion before load. Stick to a weight you can do well technically but is still challenging
Accessory:
3x15 face pulls
SPP:
Specific physical preparedness (if your training for anything specific spend a little time working on this task each session).
Virtual Group Program SPP: 5 reps of bench press eccentric overload 30# over max.
