2 rounds for max reps

  • 2 minutes toes to bar

    :30 rest

  • 2 minutes plyo push ups

    :30 rest

  • 2 minutes DB box step overs (50/35Ibs, 20/24” box)

    :30 rest

  • 2 minutes double unders

    :30 rest

  • Rx under 16/over 50: DB box step overs 35/25Ibs

    At Home/Travel Option: Toes to bar: Lying leg raises, Plyo push ups: As written, DB box step overs: Find any object to step on and hold. Double unders: Jumping jacks

Standards/Scaling

Toes to bar: Toes behind bar then both feet must touch bar. Scale with knees to elbows/knees to chest, knees over hips or lying toes to bar. Plyo push ups: Start with arms straight, chest and hips must make contact with the ground then both hands must leave the ground for rep to count. Scale to kneeling or elevated ply push ups. Box steps overs: DB’s remain in farmers carry position, must step up and over box. Scale weight or box height. Double unders: Jump rope must pass twice through for each jump. Scale to single unders.
