  • 10 deadlifts

  • 200m med ball run

  • 3 minute bar hang

  • 40 V-ups

  • 50 goblet forward lunges

  • 60 single leg plate hops

Rx: 315/225lbs, 20/14lb med ball, 50/35lb DB, 45/35lb plate. U16/over 50: 225/155lbs, 20/14lb med ball, 35/25lb DB, 45/35lb plate.

At Home/Travel Option: Complete deadlift with DBs or object, add repetition if weight is to light.
