100 chest-to-bar pull-ups

100 push-ups

100 GHD sit-ups

100 single-leg squats, alternating




Minimal equipment: 

  • Go to Ab mat sit ups if you don’t have a GHD



Scaling:

Reduce the number of repetitions. Complete box or banded chest to bars, go to knees for push ups, Ámbat sit ups instead of GHD sit ups. Use doorframe or box for singe leg squats 



Accessory:
