Aerobic Development & Skill Based Conditioning
40+ minutes of one or any combination of:
One or more monostructural movements (run, row, bike, ski, etc.)
One or more sport skills (soccer dribble, basketball shot, light bar power snatch, boxing strikes, etc.)
One or more functional or accessory movements (banded presses, banded pull downs, tempo squats, etc.)
