1 minute front rack alternating forward lunges (weight starts on the ground) 145/100Ibs
2 minutes rest
16 year old/younger and 50+ Rx, 100/70Ibs
At Home/Travel Option: Toes to bar: Scale to lying leg raises. Double unders: Scale to jumping jacks. Front rack forward lunge: Use any object to hold in the front rack

Toes to bar: Scale to knees to elbows, knees to chest, knees to chest, knees over the hips, lying let raises. Double unders: scale to single unders or jumping jacks. Front rack forward lunge: Scale load as needed to be able to maintain good posture.
