Workout of The Day

4 rounds, each for max reps

  • 1 minute toes to bar

  • 1 minute double unders

  • 1 minute front rack alternating forward lunges (weight starts on the ground) 145/100Ibs

    2 minutes rest

16 year old/younger and 50+ Rx, 100/70Ibs

  • At Home/Travel Option: Toes to bar: Scale to lying leg raises. Double unders: Scale to jumping jacks. Front rack forward lunge: Use any object to hold in the front rack

Notes

Toes to bar: Scale to knees to elbows, knees to chest, knees to chest, knees over the hips, lying let raises. Double unders: scale to single unders or jumping jacks. Front rack forward lunge: Scale load as needed to be able to maintain good posture.

Accessory Work

  • 2x15 single arm banded presses

Cool down

  • 1-3 minutes: Standing hamstring stretch

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
