Warm up

10 rounds for time

  • 150yd shuttle (5-10-15-20-25)

  • Rest 30 seconds between each

Scaling

Max effort each run, 15 second bike sprint if you can’t do shuttles

Accessory

  • 3x10 bottoms up KB presses

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
