150yd shuttle (5-10-15-20-25)
Rest 30 seconds between each
Scaling
Max effort each run, 15 second bike sprint if you can’t do shuttles
Accessory
3x10 bottoms up KB presses
Cool down
Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
