  • Double unders

  • Sit ups (AbMat)

    Rx under 16/over 50: Same as written

  • At Home/Travel Option: Complete jumping jacks instead of double unders, double the reps (do 100 when it says 50)

Notes

Double under: Scale to single unders or jumping jacks, complete double reps. Sit ups: Complete with AbMat (butterfly style)

Accessory Work

  • 3x10 standing banded adduction

Cool down

  • 1-3 minutes: Downward dog

    Complete additional stretches, SMR and/or active recovery as needed
