The Daily Test

13 minute AMRAP

  • 3 handstand push ups

  • 3 DB hang cleans, two DB’s (50/35Ibs)

    *Add 3 reps every round: 6/6, 9/9, 12/12…

    Rx under 16/over 50: Deadlift: 35/25Ibs

    At Home/Travel Option: Handstand push ups: Complete as written. DB hang cleans: Use two objects if no DB’s available

Standards/Scaling

Handstand push ups: Start in a handstand, make contact to mat and back to full extension. Scale to pike off box or pike on ground. DB hang cleans: Start standing then dip and pull to shoulders using a muscle or power clean, fully stand before returning to start. Scale by reducing the weight as needed.
