9 DB shoulder to overhead (left)
18 DB walking lunges (single DB)
36 burpees
Scaling
Hold dumbbell however you like for walking lunges. Max weights for men and women are 50#/35#

3x5 slow tempo DB bicep curls

2 minute foam roll IT bands
