Warm up

18 minutes for max rounds and reps of:

  • 9 DB shoulder to overhead (right)

  • 9 DB shoulder to overhead (left)

  • 18 DB walking lunges (single DB)

  • 36 burpees

Scaling

Hold dumbbell however you like for walking lunges. Max weights for men and women are 50#/35#

Accessory

  • 3x5 slow tempo DB bicep curls

Cool down

  • 2 minute foam roll IT bands
