The Daily Test

3 rounds for time

  • 800m run

  • 5 deadlifts at 2x bodyweight

    21 minute time cap

    Rx under 16/over 50: 1.5x bodyweight

    At Home/Travel Option: Run: Same as written. Deadlift: Find any object and complete a slow negative, pause at bottom until challenging, then stand

Standards/Scaling

Run: Maintain good posture arm action and foot strike, reduce run distance as needed to say under time cap. Deadlift: Start with weight on floor, lift until hips and knees are at full extension, low back to floor. Reduce load as needed to maintain form but still be challenged.
