  • 4 wall walks

    • Rest 2 minutes

Scaling

Heavy deadlifts for first 8 minutes, moderate to lighter for the second 8 minutes

Accessory

  • 50 prone A’s

Cool down

  • 1 minute foam roll per hamstring
