  • Lateral med ball throw (R or L)

  • Lateral med ball throw (R or L)

Notes

Touch a target 3-6” above your reach for each burpee. Use a moderate weight for lateral med ball throws

Accessory

  • 50 lat pull downs

Cool down

  • Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
