For max reps

  • 4 minutes: Cal row

    2 minute rest

  • 4 minutes: Chest to bar pull ups

    2 minute rest

  • 4 minutes: Alternating DB snatch (50/35Ibs)

    Rx under 16/over 50: 35/20Ib DB

  • At Home/Travel Option: Change row to DB swing rows. Chest to bar pull ups to DB bent over row or prone I’s.
