Follow first 15 minutes from video above

6 rounds each for max reps
1 minute lateral hurdle hops
1 minute alternating battle rope waves
Scaling
Use a hurdle height that is at mid shin, go as low as needed. Complete light med ball slams if you don’t have a battle rope
Accessory
2x25 single arm bench press
Cool down
1 minute calf stretch each side
