  • 25 KB swings

  • 25 goblet split squats (R or L)

  • 25 goblet split squats (R or L)

  • 25 v-ups

Scaling

Use a KB weights that you can do most rounds of swings unbroken. Modify v-ups as needed

Accessory

2x25 fire hydrants

Cool down

1 minute each Palm up/palm down wrist stretch
