“Double Tap”

2 rounds for time

  • 50 landmine rotations

  • 50 wall facing shoulder taps

  • 800m run

Rx: 25/15 lbs, U16/over 50: 15/10lbs

For landmine rotations hands must touch leg when rotating and arms must be straight and overhead for rep to count.

At Home/Travel Option: Use any object to replace plate as needed. Complete pike shoulder taps off a chair if you can’t use a wall.
